Welcome to another edition of the Propertybuyer Podcast and in this episode, we will be looking at Sydney’s Northern beaches market and future trends within the real estate industry.

Sydney’s Northern beaches has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and provide a vast array of suburbs for living an enviable lifestyle surrounded by a stunning water playground – it is often referred to as the Insular Peninsular for good reason – no one wants to leave once they live here!

Yet buying a property is becoming more challenging as prices jumped an incredible 38.5% during the Covid year in 2021. Prices have come back a bit and now stabilised and lack of listings are seeing prices start to climb again. So which areas of the Northern beaches are most desirable? – which areas are most affordable? And what is the outlook for the spring property market?
